At GlowVia, we are dedicated to bringing the best reading experience to your doorstep. We currently specialize in serving readers in the United States and the United Kingdom.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship exclusively to:

  • United States
  • United Kingdom

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
  • Once your order is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your package has left our warehouse, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7–15 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasonal demand.

4. Shipping Costs

We believe in transparent pricing. We are proud to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders to both the USA and the UK. No minimum purchase is required.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 2–5 business days for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
You can monitor your package's journey directly on our "Track Your Order" page.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders bound for the United Kingdom, local customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on regional regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. GlowVia is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.

7. Accuracy of Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. GlowVia is not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at daniel@glowedge.store.

8. Delays and Lost Packages

While we strive for timely delivery, GlowVia is not liable for delays caused by factors outside of our control (e.g., extreme weather, postal strikes, or customs). GlowVia is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but claimed as missing by the customer.
