At GlowVia, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Item must be requested for return within 14 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Items marked as final sale
- Products that have been used or damaged after delivery
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (it may take time before refund is officially posted)
- Then contact your bank

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, please contact us.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
